..doesn't it really boil down to that?

These lying sacks of shit Romney/Ryan will not use the term "Medicare Advantage" when spewing their lies. They conflate "Medicare" with the private, for-profit "Medicare Advantage" hoping to confuse the issue.

Medicare Advantage is not Medicare.
