Russia is so pissed off by the Magnitsky Act they went to a whole lot of work, including getting in bed with trash like Trump to get rid of it.
Congress could do the same for the 12+ people involved in the murder of Khashoggi. I'm thinking other countries would follow suit.

Until then, house arrest. No travel, no collusion with trump/putin.
