It's a breathtakingly cynical and wrong statement; will the victims of Trump's trade policies be reminded of this ad nauseam, or will it just vanish down the memory hole with so many other Trump lies?

It cost the country a fortune to bail out farmers after his decision to impose tariffs, which was too little or too late for some farmers, and then he reverses the policy. But he loves farmers in ALL CAPS, so s'all good man!
