I'm recalling the times Obama spoke at several.
Very moving and inspirational.
Trump could stumble through something about how he (Trump) has done more in
two years than all other Presidents combined;
toss in a few comments about "no collusion"; "witch hunt"; "Fake news".
Maybe he'll tweet while the service is in progress
"My funeral will have many more in attendance".

(115,900 posts)Can you imagine the spectacle if he did? No doubt he'd have a prepared speech written by someone else, but once he got there and stood up to face that huge crowd of powerful people, international dignitaries and maybe a few celebrities, he wouldn't be able to resist going off-script and talking about himself. It would be a disaster.

(5,815 posts)Then if he does get up to speak, he will mumble vaguely about something off topic and then stagger back to his pew. Id pay to see that.
Can you just imagine the memes?? LOL
