(13,773 posts)Theyre not going to let him walk out in the open, for 1,000 feet, especially when they havent been able to secure the area.

(13,569 posts)He swings his right foot as if there's some kind of a problem. I was attuned to it because my former husband was a polio survivor and he had the same kind of anomaly. He couldn't bring his front foot UP, and so he had to slightly swing it to take a step without the toe dragging.
There was just something amiss in Trump that I saw, and it was when he was walking toward the camera.

Hell, im old at 60.
and walk four miles every freakin' day, rain, snow, heat, etc.
He's not physically fit at all. That's evident by his big ass and gut.

Hubs and I are 71 and not athletes by any means, but Trump looks and acts old and sick.

(5,810 posts)tRump looks positively miserable lately. He is either scowling or looking like he could bite the head off of a bat. It isnt much fun to be POTUS these days and he is finding that he is unable to opt out of everything he is required to do. Some things ya just gotta do. Like make condolence calls. Not that he has the first clue of what to say or even how to fake it.
On top of that, it appears his health has taken a nose dive. He just looks old and kinda sick. He rocks slightly when he should be standing steadily. He looks unsure of himself like he doesnt quite know what to do. At the the visitation to pay his respects (or what he thought passed for it) he clearly was looking for guidance from Melania who gave him the signal....not yet.
The ordeal of actually being president and the stress from the Mueller investigation is taking its toll. It should not be a surprise to anyone if he has a major health crisis soon. If Mueller reveals what many of us suspect he will, tRump may not survive it. I personally want to see the bastard live to face trial and punishment. Death would be the easy way out for him.

(5,407 posts)high fat/high cholesterol. what kind of shape can he be in?
i don't think he takes his responsibilities seriously enough for stress to be a factor.

(5,810 posts)The stress that is eating his lunch and pushing him over the edge is that Mueller is probing into his deepest secrets. Like his finances and how he has kept his empire afloat all these years. He has had close calls in the past with bankruptcies and other financial disasters but he always managed to avert true disaster. Most people were unaware of the behind the scenes maneuvering it took and just how devious he was to pull it off. He took the credit by claiming to be some kind of financial genius with knowledge no one else possessed.
Now he has an investigation that he cant completely control. There will be complications if he does what his gut tells him to do. He has enough lackeys and advisers at his elbow telling him to show restraint but that is not what he is used to doing. He is used to playing by tRump rules not the law of the land. If it were up to him, hed have squashed the investigation from the beginning.
That is what I mean by stress building and worrying him, maybe literally to death. You are right that he doesnt take his responsibilities as POTUS seriously. He thought (and said) he could do both jobs run tRumpco and the US at the same time. His narcissism led him to where he is now. The next year will be like no other weve ever seen. Weve had politicians and leaders who were unscrupulous and who did unethical things but tRump has taken that to another level. The world may well be shocked and stunned at what Mueller uncovers and THAT is at heart of tRumps angst and heart burn.

(5,499 posts)The video of him on the red carpet last week was very telling. He seems to struggle as he walked alone. He probably is physically incapable of walking that far without stopping along the way for breaks.
He is in his 70's, is overweight, and have never really exercised in his life. In another two years, it wouldn't surprise me if he has to use a walker.
I wonder if he has had any falls?

(5,407 posts)at that weight and low exercise his feet may be rotting off.
