Rachel Maddow probably has a well-researched, well-planned show that will get blown up five minutes before air. She does do a great job of improvising though

and peeking at her monitor to see if her producers have zeroed in on the juicy parts so she can start reading those too. I was pleased last night when she said she doesn't want to do any more podcasts because the one she did drove her crazy. She prepares her show so well I have to figure the podcast was starting to interfere with that.

is interested in recovering from this better than Ollie North did who is condemned to be a pardoned felon.

Flynn spent a career in the Army and was a success. After he retired from the service this opportunity came along and a chance to make some real money, and live well for the rest of his life. A mistake as it turns out.

I think he cooperated and has promised to continue to cooperate. By doing so he can gain absolution.

Also, after this is over Fox News may not have a great future.
