(8,781 posts)and it's not sprayed with glyphosate before harvest like oatmeal. So, bacon and eggs are probably a much healthier breakfast than the all carb pesticided oatmeal.
I always eat bacon with no additives or preservatives with eggs from my own chickens.
The question of eggs being good or bad for you carries over to cholesterol readings. Bad and then.... maybe not so bad. Can't make it up.

(11,949 posts)Lots of fruit, organic fermented milk products, vegetables, legumes, whole grain. Little red meat and a good bit of that low fat venison. Very little processed sugar as I do not like dessert. You get the idea.
So why am I 40lbs over weight?
I eat way too much healthy food!
At then end of the day, calories are calories.
