I'd say "useful" evil as nothing about the Trump maladminstration is necessary.

What he was was disciplined and loyal to the United States. Not sure his successor will be the same. Nonetheless, I wish Mr. Nugent all the luck in the world.

and I also wonder what's going on with he and his spouse considering how after he was sworn in as veep she said to him snidely, "well are you happy now?". Also we need to bear in mind that Pence was Manafort's pick to the point that Manafort tricked Individual 1 into the deal.
