Cohen didn't spill enough guts or fast enough guts, like Flynn, who got off scott free..remember SDNY is pardon proof...Xmas sugar for us...And Don and Russia mentioned explicitly in filings....woo hoo...

SDNY is the FEDERAL court in Manhattan. The charges against Cohen in SDNY are FEDERAL charges, and therefore amenable to a pardon. Pardon proof would be charges under NY state law brought in a NY state court. That hasn't been done yet.
