George W. Bush is the worse president in US history. He started an illegal and immoral war by invading Iraq. Hundreds of thousands of people died. And the Middle East was turned upside down.

Trump - so far - has started no illegal wars. He is not responsible for anyone's death. And his stupid polices can be easily reversed. On the other hand, we will have to pay for W's crimes for generations.

And for what it's worth, I pretty much give James Buchanan a pass. Yes, his bungling help caused the Civil War. But Buchanan was operating in the dark. On the other hand, W knew exactly what he was doing. He is a Class I war criminal.
