A President should not be immune from indictment. It's obvious Congress can be just as corrupt as a tyrant President.

It's not an actual law; it was decided during the Watergate investigation that Nixon couldn't be indicted because of some separation of powers thing. But some legal scholars think it isn't unconstitutional, though there would be a long court battle that would end up at the Supreme Court - and I don't trust what the current majority would decide.

It’s still ongoing. Possibly because Mueller will in no way be indicting the President if the DOJ’s position is that it the job of Congress. I’m assuming marching him out will be the job of Congress.
