I suspect he might be waiting till the Democrats take control of the House, and can give him some cover.

Jan. 3 is the day. Thanks to all the voters who helped make our 40 vote flip possible. Whatever happens next, we are far better off with Nancy Pelosi controlling the House and all its committees. We have a chance now to turn the whole country around.

3. Even after Jan 3rd, part of me favors a slow roll. One Trump lowlife at a time.

Make the GOP defend their inaction and/or complicity one criminal at a time. And keep the new indictments and convictions rolling in all the way up to the 2020 election. Each one getting closer and closer to Trump, higher and higher in the GOP. Each one documenting Trump's co-conspirator status and the GOP's enterprise corruption in court filings. One at a time. Death by a thousand cuts for the GOP.

I think Mueller will be finished when he is finished, I dont think
hes waiting for the new house, he may be finished tomorrow, he
may be finished in 2021.

He probably has months if not years of investigating to do.

But he could have a number of indictments that are ready to go, and it would make sense not to do anything to spook Trump till the House is secure.
