There's crap, poop, shite, dung, excrement, excretion, fecal matter, feces, and feculence. Other nouns you might throw in the mix are smegma, douche-bag, putrescence, putridity, slime, carrion, defilement, putrefaction, and foul matter. 
I edited to change the first "shit" to "turd". More melodic.
..Effluent, scats, doody, guano, "night soil", turd, doo, manure...et al, ad infinitum, ad nauseum.
I use night soil quite often. My arc of friends think me mad; and my family confirms their worst suspicions.
