it's just a stupid policy by people who think a republican president should be above the law, at least as long as they're in office.

even those who agree with this crap would never abide by it if a democratic president were accused of a fraction of what donnie did.


that said, how does it get tested if donnie's doj simply never indicted him?

on this front, i think we have a better chance of him getting indicted at the state level, which is a slightly different constitutional question, and it's possible that the supreme court could decide that case without opining on whether or not the same logic would apply at the federal level.
