At this point, why not Jon Voight or Pierce Morgan as Chief of Staff?

We're all beyond the point where anyone with the slightest bit of legitimacy or actually political experience can constrain the Madman's worst urges and impulses.

At least having someone who is a complete unqualified joke is acknowledging the situation for what it is.
