didn't take the job from Trump...because he'd rather to be COS to Pence when he becomes president in 2019.....

Think Mike The Elf on the Shelf has it in him? Enough cunning to throw Two Scoops under the bus in time to save his own skin? He does have the one Executive branch job that can't be fired, if he can figure out how to leverage it...say by making vague promises to pardon prominent Orange-Americans that he has no interest in keeping?
