(94,539 posts)The guideline is 51 months to 63 months, according to the NY prosecutors, the judge said. It's important to note that guidelines aren't binding and the judge could give a lesser sentence
The guideline on lying to Congress, the charge from Mueller's team, is 0 to 6 months.
