Doesn't the prosecution read a complete description of the crimes Cohen is pleading guilty to, including the fact that Trump instructed him to violate campaign finance laws by paying off Stormy Daniels and the Playboy Playmate?

to detract from failing all his classes is to beat up another kid at school and set fire to the gym.

Yeah, it sort of works, but it's not really a winnable strategy.
