8. White House meetings start promptly at 7:30AM.

That's when the kitchen staff starts serving bite size portions of brioche toast, jam & butter (and other items like puff pastry shells with scrambled eggs & bacon), sweet pastry bites, and beverages. Most days, the meetings schedule continues until 10:30PM.

Of course, that's probably not true anymore in the Trump regime.
