Democratic female candidates with tattoos?

During Elizabeth Warren's victory speech after being re-elected to US Senate, she praised female candidates who refused advice to cover up their tattoos.

Whom was she referring to?

was MJ Hegar who ran for Congress in Texas. She got her tattoos while serving in Afghanistan.

shot down on her third tour in Afghanistan. Quite an inspirational story, actually, and I hope she tries to run for congress again.
