"SNIP....
The Affordable Care Act was struck down Friday by a Texas federal judge in a ruling that casts uncertainty on insurance coverage for millions of US residents.
The decision comes just before the end of a six-week open enrollment period for the program and underscores a divide between Republicans who have long sought to invalidate the law and Democrats who fought to keep it in place.

(I can't get behind the paywall)
All I can say is that the people know affordable healthcare is very possible. That it works. Republicans will pay a huge price for this. Over 70% or so of Americans want some form of single payer. This will keep making it an issue. Financial anxiety is one way the GOP get the base to vote using shortcuts in their thinking. I wonder if democrats can get healthcare anxiety to wake up the less well off, or those with pre-existing conditions in their family or friends, to vote against the GOP cause they are predators and it is the rational thing to do. And Dems need to itemize what people will be losing: pre-existing conditions coverage, kids stay on the family plan until they are 26, etc.. (read Enchanted America by J. Eric Oliver and Thomas J.
