No Response from SEC on Jay Clayton recusal from Toys R Us case.

It has been an ongoing criminal enterprise, aided & abetted by cronyism & corruption - for 20 yrs.

Our Toys R Us cases landed in the lap of Trump, his Justice system; and SEC Commissioner Jay Clayton.

This week, I sent a Demand letter that Jay Clayton recuse himself from the cases; because he has multiple - direct connections - to the perpetrators of fraud; but the SEC has refused to address the cases (that resulted in the killing of Toys R Us).

.
Racketeering began 20 years ago

Back in 1997, Goldman Sachs aided Mitt Romney, Bain Capital and Thomas Lee Partners to get involved with "The Learning Company" ; which was merged with Mattel in 1999 (resulting in $4 Billi9n instant loss).

Also in 1999, Goldman Sachs took our etoys company public; but ripped off eToys for hundreds of millions; and it appears Romney & Trump made a deal to keep the Rigging cases covered up.

Nolle Prosequi is Latin for - refusal to prosecute.

Here's why...

1. Romney partners of GSachs in Billions of frauds
2. Sachs & Bain use MNAT law firm
3. MNAT took down Howard Hughes (I'm child's play)
4. Federal prosecutor (Colm Connolly) was MNAT partner
5. Mitt is a never ending POTUS wannabe
6. Colm is not the only - Handpick - inside DOJ
7. Holder & Lynch were part of the problem
8. USAG Ashcroft got $50 million payoff
9. Rank & File did take note of $50 - ?to get theirs?
10. Public corruption Task Force was, not only - Shut Down - Career prosecutors were threatened to silence.

In the past, I did my grandest to compel public servants to do their dam job; which is like commanding Matt Taibbi or David Sirota what stories to write.

Taibbi & Sirota don't own the printing presses. Neither do the system of justice rank & file control what gets investigated and prosecuted

Rank & File aren't dummies. They see what is going on and have a choice. Buck the system and lose your career, or worse.

Or figure out how to get their $50 mil (like USAG Ashcroft)

After all, fed prosecutors are "politico" appointees.

The Law is a tool for rich & powerful to wear U.S. out!

On topic that, Progressives attack me, to brown nose Sachs & Mitt (in hopes a POTUS wannabe will reward their bad faith ways).

IMO evidence shows Romney met with Trump in a public dinner, to have a - private meeting - to bury the case (to protect Goldman Sachs).

There's no question if guilt, in my case; just many serious questions of accountability and corruption.

Just sayin......

That being said, Mitt's hubris in becoming Senator (and likely seeking WH bid No4) is availing.

Plus, Goldman Sachs woes (1MDB & Stock price failings) combined with a new CEO who appears to have nothing to gain by continuing the criminal cover ups - may also be availing.

That, and the fact that the house of cards is an untenable mile high (over 200 crimes readily observable) - gives hope we might crack the corruption, protective, Vail.

It took 20 years to nail Petters, Madoff, etc.,; and I've been at this for 18 years (with year 19 weeks away).

Please stay tuned - Surprises coming!
