There was no coincidence that the ACA decision (Texas) was released/decided

one day before the last day to sign up for 2019. I'm certain a lot of people waited until the last minute to sign up and then didn't after learning about the decision that declared the ACA is unconstitutional.

The law is still fully in effect. One of those "declared null and void, the decision stayed pending appeal" sorts of things.

Having the ruling come down at the last minute seems to say that the deadline was ending Really Soon anyway.
