He really does not know anything, at all, AT ALL about any area of any business including and ESPECIALLY real estate or hotels etc.

He applies the same process and thinking you see in the WH to business. Thus, massive failure. The ONLY success was the TV show and that was aided and abetted by a filthy piece of shit producer who now refuses to release the incriminating tapes.
