Former FBI Special Agent Asha Rangappa: 'This Judge Don't Play'

Reacting to Judge Emmet Sullivan’s tongue-lashing of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn in court Tuesday, former FBI special agent and current CNN analyst Asha Rangappa had a straightforward read: “This judge don’t play.”


Referring to Flynn’s claims in a sentencing memo that FBI agents who interview him last year may have acted inappropriately, Rangappa said: “You don’t make those kinds of claims in a court document, alleging serious malfeasance, misconduct by the FBI — that calls into question your plea deal, your plea agreement — and then not expect the judge to, A, question you about it, and then, when you backtrack, to get, I think, understandably upset.”

3. He needs to serve some jail time. Yes, he cooperated a lot with Mueller, but being a paid agent

of the Turkish gov't to setup the American-Turkish citizen who lives in Penn (sorry, don't recall the name) so he could be extradited back to Turkey for Ergodon to "erase from existence.

And talking with Russia about removing sanctions is OUTRAGEOUS and UNACCEPTABLE.

He needs to serve some time in prison.

Judge Sullivan tells Flynn that serving as unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as National Security Adviser means “arguably you sold your country out.” Judge says he can’t hide his “my disgust, my disdain.” Flynn and lawyers seemed stunned.
