Raw in salads and with dips, cooked au gratin makes a good low carb substitute for mac 'n' cheese and finely minced makes a good sub for rice.

But I love Cauliflower! I'd substitute the same instructions for Brussel Sprouts except then the house would stink the rest of the night. Best they go straight into the garage can. Actually why bring them into the house at all? Really.
(Funny, I loved them when I was a kid. Go figure.)
