Not only did Barr send his memo to the DOJ, he sent it to the top lawyer representing the WH in Mueller probe, probably Emmett Flood.

Very odd that this sentence, which is maybe the biggest piece of news in the WSJ story on Barr's memo, wasn't in the original version that posted at 10:19 last night and now shows up in graf 23 as if it is no big deal. It is a huge deal.

I suspect the person the story refers to is Flood, not McGahn. McGahn had recused himself from it because he was involved in underlying events, was taking to Mueller, etc.
