There is only one reason he is pulling out of Syria.

THE ONLY REASON HE IS PULLING OUT OF SYRIA IS THAT PUTIN HAS HIM IN HIS PALM.

We need to stop trying to explain this on normal political or military or strategic terms

Putin has dirt on Trump or Trump owes him money, or something. It is so blatantly obvious. Nothing else makes sense. There is no other reason. Trump is so corrupt, everything he does is solely for his own self interest. He doesn't care about the people in Syria, or about the interests of our own country. Since the day he stepped in office he has bent over backwards to make excuses for Russia, end sanctions on Russia, and do literally anything Russia wants. it is finally coming out in the investigations now, that everyone in his campaign had ties and communications with Russia before he even got elected so it should be no surprise. Not to mention that he blatantly lied about not having any business deals in Russia when there was an agreement with his signature on it.

Russia is a hostile adversarial nation to the US and he is putting our country at risk for his own self interests. That by definition, is a traitor. He will go down in history with Benedict Arnold.

We need to stop trying to figure out why he is doing these things and explain it with normal political rhetoric. He owes Putin something big and he is delivering on it now. There is no other explanation.

Letter to the Editor.

I'm not being a smart ass here. Everything you wrote makes sense.

Since the press won't call it what it is - it's up to us to do it outside of 'liberal and progressive' circles.

The press by tip toeing around this bullshit - only serves itself.

There was a time, long ago, when a pee tape would have been shocking, but now it would just be a single news cycle and done. It must be something truly humiliating.

So perhaps for a person with an ego like his, that might be incentive enough.

Or you might be right and it could be something even worse.

The most salacious fact is correct. Then the document must be mostly correct. This totally destroys any talking point remaining for Trump.

Placing Cohen in Prague might accomplish the same goal.

and open himself to adversarial questioning from the media. That is what a President should do.

If the media was doing its job, then they would be hammering this point.

Actually it is Congresses job to do it as well. Call SecDef and the NSA into a committee meeting for questioning. There is a process for taking these actions. How you do something is just as important as what you do.

For as long as I've been paying attention, the Kurds are about the best 'ally' we really do have in the region...and we just keep finding ways to fuck them over (intentional, or otherwise).
