Not sure there's a connection, but the timing is interesting. Is Hannity trying to delete accounts he's following, and tweets, that might be especially troublesome if he becomes Chief of Staff?
First, Hannity purget most of his tweets about Michael Cohen, during the period when Trump was still trying to find someone at all credible willing to be his CoS:

Then Mulvaney was named ACTING CoS, and the same day the video came out where he'd called Trump a "terrible human being" in 2016.
That same day, Hannity suddenly purged thousands of accounts he'd been fosllowing on Twitter:

As of Thursday morning, the three survivors of the purge were, Donald Trump, Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett, and channel mainstay and former NRATV host Dan Bongino.
Hannity followed a mysterious unverified, locked account known only as @mamabitch0000, until late Thursday morning, but unfollowed the account just minutes after TheWrap inquired about the matter to Fox News Channel public relations.
One pissed off bitch-Conservative #JestersArmy #1337, the @mamabitch0000 account read.
-snip-
The move from Hannity suggests a pivot towards a less volatile social media presence that has often included clashs with rivals like MSNBCs Joe Scarborough and late-night comedians such as Jimmy Kimmel. The purge suggests a much sleepier timeline on Hannitys account going forward.
