I dont believe anything that comes out of the WH anymore. Even though I disagree w/ Trump on almost everything, I saw this tweet and thought, "Damn, thats alot to sign". Then I see stuff coming out where its just a blank piece of paper and I realize its just another of his stunts trying to appear like a strong leader. This is something completely unnecessary to do as well, but he's such a small and insecure man that he has to do things like this.
