$11,242,000 per day that could be spent correcting the Flint and every other town's drinking water issues are instead being thrown away to the the for-profit prison/human warehousing industry!

What other things could this $11,242,000 per day be spent on?

Medicare for All?

Teachers' pay increases?

Meals on Wheels?

7. I have always felt the cost of all this bullshit should go to actually fixing the problem.

Let's fund as many border immigration judges as needed to allow immigrant to be processed as quickly as possible.

Let's fund as many public defender s as needed to guarantee these people fair representation.

Let's fund as many border agents as needed and equip them with the very best high tech methods of detection to capture border crossers.

Let's fund the research to help us rewrite the laws to result in EFFECTIVE border security, not political bullshit border security.
