I've e-mailed him at least twice with the Riot Act of his better quit with the "working across the aisle" and other even more obvious wingnut code words. Apparently all the critters care about is building their mailing lists regardless of what the input was. I will say that his predecessor was a good mainstream Dem who never sent me a calendar, not that my allegiance is bought.

(22,571 posts)either the House or the Senate. There are places that would elect a Blue Dog Democrat but never a Progressive one. In that case I would prefer a Blue Dog Democrat who votes with the party most of the time as opposed to a Republican who would likely vote with the Democratic Party none of the time.
