out to make the really rich even richer. I'm sure they're all so disappointed in the House majority come January, potentially (?) slowing down their efforts to get their paws on more and more.
As things get worse (and worse) the rally for austerity will increase and we'll be fighting off more gutting of the "safety nets." Repubs know advancing "austerity" will cause division because a lot genuine Dems feel austerity is a pragmatic solution.

Insider trading is the trading of a public company's stock or other securities (such as bonds or stock options) by individuals with access to nonpublic information about the company.

I'd think that having advance notice of an action by a high government official that would affect the stock price of a company (or, in this case, all companies) would fit the definition.
