(59,584 posts)Some really strong feelings right there in those threads. Against her I mean. And by a lot of people who think she's getting too much attention, but they can't seem to stay away. Funny thing.
She's too this ... she's too that ... she needs to be put back in her place ... she should just shut up and listen ... how dare she question her superiors ... uppity thing ...
Sound familiar? DU ladies, any comment?

(102,236 posts)I'd bet the majority of us TRY to do what we can to reduce our carbon footprint, to vote for those who care, and protest policies that hurt us.
What exactly do you want us to do or post that will make the difference?
Attacking your allies is not helpful.

(21,563 posts)as a symbol of climate change deniers. Every time i see that picture of him with the snowball i want to throw the remote through my TV
but the approach here is correct.... talking about what we do about climate change and not whether or not it is real. It is real, the effects are already recorded and observable, discussion is over... the house is on fire and because deniers control the government (for now) we are still waiting for someone to call the fire department

no wonder they keep packing washington with these braindead idiots
but i kind of expected that
more disturbing to me was the poll said only 47% of independents thing climate change needs to be acted on. we need that number in the 50s.
