Can walk and chew bubble gum too. I believe the Akin story is very relevant, especially if you are a woman. And it dove's perfectly with the beliefs of the GOP, by evidence of Paul Ryan's legislative efforts to restrict healthcare access for women. Didn't he and others of the party debate this very issue? Didn't they want to RE-DEFINE what rape was? This can be hung around the necks of Romney/Ryan like an anchor.

Thats why Republican's are asking him to get out of the race. This is toxic as hell for them. It also may cost the GOP the Senate as that race was an easy win before this.

Oh, and insanity like this from Republicans helps fire up our base.

Sometimes we need to be reminded just how far out there their party has gone. It's not as obvious to everyone if they don't live in a RW ruled state. This is exactly why we cannot have these people in power.
