Who is Noah Rothman of Commentary Magazine?

He was on NPR Morning Edition this AM, the interview is online, but not the transcript yet. Googling him has scattered bits of info. What I can find in several scattered semi wiki sites, he's 36, well spoken, cohetent until you realize his facile speech patterns are quality conservative pablum.
He was speaking about Steve King of Iowa blatent white nationalism

Once in a blue moon he states the "obvious," in a seemingly honest and articulate manner so he gets a pass from many.

I heard him, I was not happy that every morning the NPR news programs have taken to letting these liars lie without confronting them. They interrupt the sensible people to waste their time trying to get even part of what they have to say out. I've listened to Morning Edition since the mid 90s(?!) on my way to work, and I can clearly recall a day listening to an interview with David Frum, and I could recall agreeing with a statement he made and as the time went by that day,I tealizied the logic fail. Rothman is carving out a similiar career path.
