I wonder, though, how computer-savvy Bob Mueller is. I know very smart people his age who are baffled by computers.

He undoubtedly knows what he doesn't know, a trick that's tricky for a lot of people. And he has the self confidence to hire people with skills he doesn't have, then let them do their jobs. Something the Orange Monster has never learned and never will.
