I Think All Democratic Candidates Should Give a Response Speech. Don't Give Bernie The Stage
When Trump did his wall speech, Bernie decided to strike out on his own and give his own separate rebuttal, rather than standing in solidarity with Democrats. Rather than allow Bernie to cherry pick and do his own separate speeches as though he is an independent voice, I think every Democrats should give their own response.
Bernie cherry picks and says he is an independent when it comes to responding to Trump, but then runs for the Democratic nomination? Kamala, Joe, Cory, Elizabeth can't allow Bernie to get a free shot at air time.
Like Trump, Bernie is not going to observe any type of decorum or stand in solidarity with anyone. He is going to try to hog the limelight like he did when he did his own separate response to Trump's wall speech.
So, kudos to Kamala for leaning in, and not giving a free pass to Bernie.
