So was SHITLER chicken and coy about not copping to "emergency powers"?

Iow, it's what he's gonna do but didn't want it to spoil his moment in the spotlight that is *SO* maximally important to him.

The crap will flow again re: wall, serious state at the southern border, dangerous illegals, etc.

* will declare state of emergency or threaten Shutdown II. He hinted tonite.

Also threw out some goodies for the opposing liberal 'rascals' to try and get in their good graces.
