That's the problem. Most of 'them' are not.

They don't even know what the word means.

It is extremely interesting that a number of major news anchors do not have Journalism degrees. Katie Couric did not have a Journalism. She is said to have a degree in English. Chuck Todd does not have any form of degree. He left college to work in politics and journalism. I think Matt Lauer, for a very long time, did not have a degree. Apparently, Gayle King has degrees in Psychology and Sociology. John Dickerson supposedly has a degree in English with distinction. Norah O'Donnell is said to have degrees in Philosophy and Liberal Studies. Margaret Brennan supposedly has a degree in Foreign Affairs. Finally, George Stephanopoulos supposedly has a degree in Political Science. There are other anchors without journalism degrees, but I have already mention enough news anchors.
