A Funny Exchange

I just finished typing a transcript. It’s a Canadian proceeding, but a witness from the US was testifying with respect to a contract.

Asked about a particular provision and its impact on other provisions, the witness replied: “I believe that section – and you’ll pardon my use of the word – would trump the earlier provisions.”

I feel sorry for them, the kid who was bullied, and one of my favorite UK snooker players, Judd Trump.

that someone such as agent orange can turn a word with a simple definition into a universal term like the word f'ck!
