Is Manafort's health REALLY failing him? Or is that just a ploy? Are these props to gain sympathy from judges and the public?

Does he actually need his cane? Does he NEED a wheelchair? Or is he pretending to be a frail-old-man... on his deathbed... in order to get a speedy pardon from Trump?

What they're claiming is in stark contrast to all the "stock footage" of him briskly walking into and out of the courthouse. He had quite the energetic bounce as he strolled into the courtroom, dodging and weaving to avoid reporters and protestors.

I'm willing to accept that his MOOD may have changed since being sentenced, but I have my doubts that his physical abilities have declined as much as he and his lawyers are saying.

Painful, but not really consistent with "failing health"... I'm sure he is getting treatment, but it does give him the excuse to use a wheelchair/cane and appear to be "failing"

is zero. He “might” have gout. Who cares. I would think prison food would alleviate most of the symptoms.

12. Well, a wheelchair is powerful visual evidence of something.

Putting a defendant in a wheelchair is an emotional plea for mercy from any jury.

Does he need a wheelchair? Who knows?
