is not to do anything patently unconstitutional.

Starting a whole new thread because you got schooled in the other is the weakest of all sauces.

I want to "keep doing the same thing". Some would say you just like to argue. Others would say you're confused. I don't care. We're done.

...which isn't wrong because it is "unprecedented".

I don't have a problem with doing things that have never been done before.

For example, the Constitution says:

"no new State shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or Parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress."

So, in other words, Congress and two states could decide to make one state like, say, joining North Dakota and South Dakota, and simply having "Dakota".

Now, there's no indication anyone wants to do that, but it is something that (a) has never been done before, and (b) is within the scope of things the Constitution provides can be done.

Very much unlike the "annulment" idea you repeatedly post.

to Trump's ouster. I actually had no problem with WHAT you said; just how you chose to say it. We should all---me included--- try to be more tolerant and civil with each other here. I apologize for anything I posted that fell short of that.
