It is sad that the "Angel Families" allow themselves to be exploited.

I have empathy for any person suffering from the grief of a loved one lost to any kind of violence. But the "Angel Families" have some things to answer for. Directing anger and bitterness towards an entire group of people because of the action of one individual is wrong. Can they not see that they are scapegoating? Can they not see how wrong it is?

"Collective punishment is a form of retaliation whereby a suspected perpetrator's family members, friends, acquaintances, sect, neighbors or entire ethnic group is targeted. The punished group may often have no direct association with the other individuals or groups, or direct control over their actions." Sometimes Wikipedia gets it right.
