We have enough food for several weeks and all available containers (including the bathtub) filled with potable water. We are keeping lights off at night and have turned our thermostats down to 45 degrees to reduce our heat signature. Just watching and waiting for instructions from Mr. Trump.

There are rumors on line that some of the invaders are zombies. Anyone have any info about that?

9. Mr Dupree and I are exhausted from patrolling the beaches of SW Florida. But we are happy to

report that we have not seen any immigrants rowing in to shore in bathtubs or make-shift boat caravans. We did see some people who suspiciously resembled zombies but they stalked off in all directions and we couldn’t keep track of them. By the way, do zombies get sunburns?

10. Terrified here. Spiral fracture in my leg makes escape under my own steam impossible for me . . .

My family is home now, but I'm considering pouring water in the gas tanks of the cars so that they can't leave me alone . . . on the other hand If I disable the cars, they will not be able to ferry me to safety. What to do, what to do. In the meantime, my cat and I are patrolling the windows. So far only a feral cat pretending to be my cat's twin in order to gain entry, and an unknown person walking down my street carrying a bag. They did not look like a zombie - but since I've never seen a zombie before I can't really tell.
Fortunately, they did not turn into my driveway, so I didn't have to make a decision on the fly.
