So as that in not POTUS getting on board, and that is not a 747 and the colors are not correct.
Thus my statement that is not Air Force One is Correct Twice over.

is riding. It does not have to be a 747 or even one of the presidential fleet. It could be a Piper Cub, and the aircraft controllers and others would still refer to it as Air Force One if the president was on board.
