Anyone else notice the "there's no there there" theme from Ken Dalainian?

I wouldn't be so bothered by it if there wasn't consummate red herrings in his responses of Red Don's Mobs actions.

For instance the recent one of " ... all this was done in plain sight ..." As if a bank robbery done in plain sight isn't a crime !!
