The witness being questioned is Michael Cohen, formerly Donald Trump's personal attorney. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a freshman member of Congress from New York, and it is her turn to question Mr. Cohen. Apparently, she's asking Mr. Cohen several pertinent questions about the way Mr. Trump conducts his business and how he chisels on his taxes and deceives people with whom he does business.
