Amtrack from DC to Philadelphia- how reliable in snow?

Hi there,
I'm supposed to take the Amtrack from DC to Philadelphia this Monday morning and was wondering how reliable it is and if it will go through given the coming snow. Too oate to fly to Philadelphia from DC now.
