Representative Underwood seems to be a representative that in full control of her facts and knowledge (she's a nurse), and cuts through the garbage in a rationale and thoughtful manner.

She is an important member of the newly elected Congress in that she is in a seat that is considered a toss up usually. She wasn't expected to win and I'm glad we have someone as strong as she is in that seat. I hope she helps keep DuPage county blue!
